I’m Dina, and it’s my passion to help those trying to reach a healthy lifestyle without restricting themselves and being on a constant diet. After 15 years working alongside clients living with various challenges, I started NutritionMontreal in order to offer a human and one-on-one guided help to those tired of the turning wheel of diets.

I truly believe that changing your eating and lifestyle routine  is about finding the right fit for YOU, and not the other way around. I work alongside my clients through 6 to 12-week programs to help them understand what is blocking their progress, and how to overcome it.

ABOUT DINA

dinacorpo-1818Being a dietitian, nutritionist and naturopath for over 15 years, Dina Merhbi has been helping individuals and corporations make simple dietary changes to have a large impact on their performance, health, and quality of life.  She is an expert in eating disorders, health weight maintenance, food intolerances, heart health, and gastrointestinal health.

After completing an undergraduate degree in Dietetics and Human Nutrition and a Minor in Psychology at McGill University, Dina went on to obtain a Certificate in Mental Health from Université de Montréal. This has helped her get a better understanding of the many factors that influence a person’s eating and lifestyle habits, and develop various tools in order to offer a personalized and focused health approach in her practice.

In addition to Dina’s aforementioned qualifications, she is also a certified yoga and prenatal yoga instructor, and an ayurvedic counselor.

Diététiste, nutritionniste et naturopathe depuis plus de 14 ans, Dina Merhbi a accompagné de nombreuses personnes dans leur changement d’habitudes alimentaires, et leur a permis d’atteindre leur objectif en termes de performance, de santé et de qualité de vie.

Elle est spécialisée dans la gestion de la perte de poids, des troubles alimentaires, des intolérances alimentaires, de la santé du cœur, et de la santé gastro-intestinale.

Après avoir complété un baccalauréat en diététique et en nutrition humaine et une mineure en psychologie à l’Université McGill, Dina a ensuite obtenu un certificat en santé mentale à l’Université de Montréal. Elle possède donc une meilleure compréhension des nombreux facteurs qui influencent les habitudes alimentaires et les habitudes de vie d’une personne. Elle a également développé divers outils afin d’offrir une approche personnalisée à ses patients.

En complement, Dina est aussi une instructrice certifiée en yoga traditionnel, yoga prénatal, et conseillère en Ayurveda.
